By accessing or using the Webstore, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Webstore.

Ordering and Payment

3.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering in US currency. We accept all major forms of payment including but not limited to American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and more.
3.4 Prices displayed on the Webstore are in US currency and do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges, unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.
3.5 We Require all orders have matching billing and shipping addresses that reside WITHIN the United States.
3.6 We exclusively perform business in US currency- No exceptions will be made.
3.7 I-TAR restrictions apply to all products.
Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We will make all reasonable efforts to ship orders within the specified time frame. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 Knives will only be shipped to locations within the United States where their purchase and possession are legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is compliant with local laws.
4.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that occur during shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
5.1 We strive to provide high-quality products. If you receive a defective or damaged knife, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.
5.2 Knives must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
5.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Knife Safety and Proper Use
6.1 Knives sold through the Webstore are tools that can be dangerous if not used properly. It is your responsibility to use knives safely and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
6.2 The Company and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or legal issues that may arise from the use, misuse, or improper handling of knives purchased through the Webstore. 9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the United States.
